We at My Glam Life want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, we will gladly accept merchandise (excluding earrings and bodysuits) for return or exchange. Please review the following guidelines to ensure that your merchandise is eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Returns and exchanges are eligible within 5 business days after final delivery of purchase. You will then have to forward the delivery confirmation email to email@example.com.
- Merchandise must be returned in same new condition as it was when it was shipped.
- Merchandise has not been washed, worn or altered.
- Return package must be accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping cost and shipping tax incurred for returns are nonrefundable and within the customer's responsibility.
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive an email once your return is processed and your refund has been processed. The package should be mailed to the following address:
